Are you a professional ? Do you want to resell our products Made in France in your shop ? You are in the good place ! :)

How to create my professional account ?

So as to create an professional account, click on «  Create your professional account », then, fill out the form with all your informations. Click on « register »  don’t forget to tik the box  « I agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy ».

What happens after my registration ?

When your registration is made, your account opening request is then awaiting confirmation from us. In order to best respond to your request, we take care to analyze each request, by studying your location, your type of activity or the brands you sell. As soon as we have analyzed your informations, you will receive an email.

What happens after I place my first order ?

After you place your first order, you'll receive an email with your proforma within 48 hours.

Why the rates are not professional rates ?

On your professional account, the rates displayed are same than public rates, it's only once you added your items in your shopping cart that your items will change to the professional rates.

How do I reset my password ?

If you forgot your password, click on "Sign in" then "Create an account". In "Already registered ?", click on "Forgot your password ?". You will enter your email and you will receive an email with a link in it for resetting your password.

How can I change my professional information ?

When you are logged, click on "Your account" then "Professional information". You can change your professional information, for example your delivery constraints. However you can't change all your professional information, for example if you whant to change your delivery adress you will send us an email.

How can I sign up for the FILT 1860 newsletters ?

The FILT 1860 newsletters allow you to be informed about the news of the company. To register, you just go to "Newsletters" at the bottom of any page and enter your email.

I need help, how can I contact customer service ?

If you need help, we can help you by email at commercial@filt.fr or by phone at +33 (0)2-31-74-72-53 from monday to friday from 9am to 12am and from 2pm to 5pm.

How can I have a display for my nets bags ?

A display (3 storeys and 8 branches) and a POS are offering for your first order if you buy a minimum of 250 nets bags (any size and color). The display price is 64€ tax excl, if you want buy it you just indicated that in "Comment" when you place your order.

By creating your professional account, you will have access to all public products.

When your request will be validated by our team you will be able to access the private area and the products reserved for professionals.
